Thank you for choosing us!  Here is what the process looks like:

  1. You will be assigned a personal advisor to onboard you and walk you through our lab management software.

  2. In a brief setup call your advisor will show you how to submit your cases, track them in real time, view your balance and pay your invoices.

  3. You can then start ordering. Your advisor will be available to handle any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to reach out.
